Kaitlyn Sippel and the Houseworks team were amazing! She walked us through the process, as it was my partner's first time buying a house, and it had been several years for me. She helped us get my condo ready for sale, and even lent me some chairs to use for staging, which was really helpful. The pictures they took were beautiful too.
Kaitlyn was also adeptly strategic when it came to pricing my place for sale to get the maximum value, and when it came to putting in a bid on our house that would be *just* enough to outbid our competition, but not so aggressive that we were spending more than we needed to. I'm glad I trusted her instincts on both occasions.
The whole process was really easy honestly. MUCH easier than it was for my last time I bought, and that makes me really grateful to have found Kaitlyn. Her experience and good instincts were such an asset.
I will definitely be using Kaitlyn as my realtor from now on, and have recommended her to a few friends and family already. It's so hard to find a good agent, so we were really lucky to find such an amazing one!
