Coach House Homes was a wonderful partner throughout the course of our project. We contemplated several iterations of our remodel design and they helped us through the entire process. They partner with great sub-contractors who were timely and did great work. Our home is ~120 years old and required a lot of work, love & attention to bring it up to our comfort level. Kate Schley, owner, has assembled an amazing team who truly care about the quality of the work and the happiness of the homeowner. We were fortunate to work with Coach House for an extensive kitchen remodel and addition to our Cedarburg home in 2022. Katre and her team were very easy to work with and we were impressed with her knowledge for both the "design" and "build" portions of the project. She made several recommendations for key design features that really made a difference to the final flow and function of the kitchen. She has a positive relationship with all of the core Trade subcontractors and was very effective coordinating and managing timeline and milestones. The Project Manager from Coach House was key to the overall success of our project--with extensive, hands-on experience, he was able to take care of a variety of issues--large and small. With any construction project, it's inevitable that some issues may arise. The team from Coach House was quick to address any issue and provided us with consultation on options for resolution. Coach House Homes is a five-star dream team we enjoyed working with and wouldn't hesitate to do so again in the future.
