We had a lovely lady help us with a bracelet, Saint Benedict medal attached. She gift wrapped it beautifully. So appreciate her thoughtfulness. We will be returning.

I did not end up purchasing for personal reasons but found Ann and her colleagues to be extremely helpful! Went into the ring creation and purchasing process with no stress and was very happy with my interactions with them. I will be revisiting their business the next time I am purchasing custom jewelry.

What a lovely experience! My son saw a turquoise necklace in the window, and he thought it would be the perfect gift for his Grandmother's 90th birthday in December. Ann didn't hesitate to remove it from the display and also showed him a few others. She helped him to decide and made sure that he knew about chain length. She made it a point to find him a matching chain that would have a clasp his Grammy might find easier to use. He left with a beautifully wrapped package and is excited to present this special gift. My son just moved into a neighboring suburb and we look forward to many more visits to Wyndrose. (Ann also shared her puppy and her popcorn, so you can't beat that for service!)

I needed my soldered wedding rings resized, and I was SO happy with Wyndrose. They came back gorgeously clean, fitting perfectly, and soldered beautifully! I am so pleased that I trusted Wyndrose with my rings. When I have visited, I have also received very kind customer service, even when I did not purchase anything.
