The Olive Sprig is an absolute gem and was the highlight of our trip to Cedarburg. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and full of creative energy. What really sets this place apart is the service. The lady working was incredibly knowledgeable and provided so much insight into the different olive oils and balsamic vinegars. It’s a very interactive experience; they let you taste the products, which is not only fun but essential for finding exactly what you like. She didn’t just answer my questions—she gave great, creative recommendations on how to use the oils and vinegars in ways I hadn’t even considered.
