I want to acknowledge the awesome assistance I received recently from Sam Kassens, senior universal banker, and Linda Chesak, mortgage loan offer, at the Cedarburg branch. Their warmth, kindness and professionalism helped me navigate a very complex and time-consuming issue on behalf of a dear friend whose mother had passed several days prior. I am indebted to Sam and Linda for their outstanding customer service and exceptional problem-solving! I have been a loyal Summit member for more than 20 years and highly recommend this wonderful entity!

I love my Cedarburg branch. Summit makes everything so easy for both my personal and business banking. I even have accounts for my kids that I monitor. I can’t imagine having to bank somewhere else.

We were looking to open an account with a good interest rate. We found that Summit had what we were looking for. We easily made an appointment online and saw Sam Kassens. He helped us not only open an account, but informed us of other products that Summit offers to make our banking easier. Thanks, Sam, for making this a pleasant experience.
