Hopper unload hrs are 7-3. Not too bad to get into. Everyone I dealt with was nice. Started unloading right away but it’s not very quick as you can see. Only 4 stars for the slow unloading.

I’ve worked with your company quite a few times over the past several years, and unfortunately this past year has been the worst experience I’ve had. The shipping department at the Pioneer Road warehouse, specifically Alicia and Pablo, have been consistently rude and unprofessional. They often speak to drivers and carriers in a condescending way and make the experience unnecessarily difficult. On top of that, there have been repeated issues with loads being handled incorrectly, causing delays and frustration that could have been avoided. Alicia in particular comes across as very arrogant and dismissive, often acting as though she knows everything while still making frequent mistakes with my loads. At this point, it feels like certain staff members have become far too comfortable treating people disrespectfully without accountability. I understand every workplace has stressful days, but professionalism and basic respect should still be expected. Due to these repeated issues, I will be rejecting any future loads involving Pioneer Pet unless significant improvements are made within that warehouse team. I wanted to formally bring these concerns to your attention because the current experience is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company.

I have come here for pickup several times, and every time I had an unpleasant experience because there is a very rude person working in the shipping department. She looks at truck drivers with humiliation, as if we are lower class. She acts like she is the boss and running the company just because she sits behind a computer. She is extremely arrogant and disrespectful, and out of respect for myself, I have no intention of coming here again. I also believe that my fellow drivers, once they realize how she treats them as lower class, will refuse loads from this company as well.

Very unprofessional experience at the shipping office at Pioneer Pet Products in Cedarburg, WI. The woman working in the shipping office was extremely rude and dismissive. There was no professionalism, no willingness to communicate properly, and no effort to handle the situation respectfully. Instead of trying to help or even explain things clearly, the interaction felt arrogant and confrontational. When drivers arrive for scheduled pickups, we expect basic courtesy and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was completely missing here. Attitude matters, especially in logistics where timing and coordination are critical. Based on how I was treated, I will not be returning to this facility.

Very disappointing experience at Pioneer Pet Products in Cedarburg, WI. My broker confirmed the facility was open until 3:30 PM, and I drove nearly 40 miles to make the pickup. I arrived at 3:08 PM — before the stated closing time. The broker had already informed them at 2:45 PM that the driver would be approximately 10 minutes late. Despite arriving before closing, the shipping office refused to load me. There was no flexibility, no attempt to communicate professionally, and no willingness to work toward a solution — even though I was there before their posted cutoff time. For drivers and owner-operators, time and fuel cost real money. Losing a load over a few minutes while still arriving before closing is extremely frustrating and avoidable. A small amount of professionalism and understanding would have made a big difference. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise other drivers to confirm policies very carefully before accepting loads from this location.
