Owen's has always been my #1 choice for print needs. When I first started working with them, they only did small format (postcards, posters, etc) -- but now, they do signage as well, which is great, because their customer service is always excellent and their quality is just as superb. I was honestly thrilled to learn they offer signage now, since it is pretty hard to find a sign shop with decent quality in this area. Aaron has an amazing attitude, is friendly and upbeat, and is very easy to work with. He is knowledgable about all his products and print methods. He will go the extra mile to ensure top notch quality, no matter the product. I am often a needy customer, since sometimes I find myself asking for projects with quick turnarounds to meet deadlines, but the service from Owens never falters and I never feel like I am being an inconvenience for asking for anything. I would not go anywhere else for signage or printing. If I could give 6+ stars I would!

It's been a number of years since I've been to the shop, but what a great customer experience. I had a few small jobs, Aaron was extremely helpful with the input, they got the job done faster and at a higher quality than I expected, and at a reasonable price. Great people, thank you.

I don't always leave reviews but these guys went above and beyond! Flew into MKE for meetings in Madison and Chicago. Of course the airline lost my luggage with my biz cards. Found Owens Office Products online and surprisingly after explaining my situation the owner got on the phone and said, "No problem, we'll have them ready and overnighted to the Marriott." I try and support local, family owned businesses when possible and they are exactly the reason why. I'll be sharing their info with corporate and look forward to doing business in the future.

Did they recently get new employees? We used to get great service from this local print shop and now the customer service is rude and condescending. My husband was trying to help me with my art and he was told that I should just take a picture of my art with my phone when I was hoping for a high quality scan/prints. Wouldn’t recommend going here unless it’s a simple job— and if you do, I hope your experience is better than ours. Anyone else know where we could go and support local?
