Before my appointment, Holly took the time to meet with me to explain the process thoroughly and address all of my questions and concerns. Her patience and attention to detail made me feel comfortable and confident in the products and techniques she was using on my hair. Throughout the entire appointment, Holly kept me informed, making sure I understood each step of the process. Not only is she a fantastic stylist, but she’s also a warm, fun, and kind person who has been making clients like me feel beautiful for over eight years. Despite my appointment running past closing hours, Holly and Jessica stayed without hesitation. Jessica, the salon’s receptionist, is also amazing! From the moment I booked my consultation, she provided me with all the information I needed.
