Janaye made the home buying process so easy and fun, despite the fact that the market was so horrible for buyers. As a first-time buyer, she made both myself and my husband so comfortable and easy to understand. She reassured us we would end up with the home we were meant to have, and she was absolutely right. She also was extremely flexible, getting us into houses sometimes on a literal moment's notice, and was always available for questions or concerns. Highly, highly recommend.

Working with Janaye was the best decision we’ve ever made! From start to finish, Janaye made our first home buying experience easy and fun, even in a crazy market. She’s kind, funny, knowledgeable, and she advocated for us as her clients at every step. She really helped us figure out the process and guided us through making offers with attention to detail and professionalism. With our crazy schedules, Janaye was flexible and always made time to go look at potential homes. She also helped us hone in on what we wanted and helped us make the choice to say “no” when we saw properties that weren’t up to the standard we wanted (which is hard for two people pleasers, ha!) Now, we’re in the best house ever and so happy!

Mrs. Janaye Norene is such an effective real estate agent who is both talented and experienced, allowing her to formulate thoughtful, strategic plans for selling her clients' properties. She tends to discuss relevant details with her clients for achieving mutual understanding. She seems always there whenever her clients call/text her. She is really helpful during the process. My condo got sold in two days. Frankly, Janaye did good job.
