While looking for our first house, we were unsure what to expect & leery of being "sold" on something that was not a good fit or outside of our budget. The integrity, flexibility, commitment, attention to detail, & complete knowledge of the market that The Gundrum Group demonstrated was astonishing. They earned our trust completely. I was fortunate enough to get to work with Ryan Gundrum for the recent purchase of of my new home.... he came strongly recommended by some family friends. I am new to the area and due to some special family circumstances, I needed to purchase the property before seeing it.... I had to have complete trust in someone I had only met on the phone. Within one conversation, Ryan made me feel at ease and comfortable that everything was going to be great and that he was going to help me navigate thru the process. Ryan was patient, always answered all of my tedious questions, was quick to solve any problems that arose, kind, professional and always responsive.
