That professional familiarity made choosing Blue Harmony an easy and confident decision. We started with a challenging site: significant fill requirements and a high water table. Before we even purchased the lot, Dustin walked it with us, laid out the obstacles plainly, and gave us a realistic picture of the cost implications. He coordinated early with the excavator, geotechnical engineer, and septic contractor — work that paid off throughout construction in the form of very few surprises. The subcontractors Blue Harmony Homes partners with reflect the same high standards. Every trade that came through showed the kind of care and craftsmanship you hope for but don't always get. Dustin's project managers kept things on schedule and on budget, which, for a custom home on a difficult lot, is no small feat. We couldn't be happier with our home and would recommend Blue Harmony Homes without hesitation to anyone considering custom construction.

We used Blue Harmony Homes for a large home renovation. Dustin was hands on throughout the whole process. He was very organized and always let us know what to expect each day. He was extremely communicative and gave a quick response to any questions we had. He and his team were very professional and considerate of the fact that we were living in our home during the project. We were extremely pleased with all of the subcontractors and our project manager, Greg, who was on site daily helping things run smoothly. We did our project in 2 phases and both phases finished either on time or ahead of schedule. We would give our highest recommendation to hire Blue Harmony Homes and would definitely use them again for any future projects.

Dustin Melzark and Blue Harmony Homes remodeled my condo first starting with the bathrooms and then finishing with the kitchen and the rest of my condo. Dustin and his project managers as well as his subcontractors were all very professional and courteous. Dustin was very hands on and was available to handle any issues that arose. As an interior designer with 20 years of experience, I cannot say enough about how well Dustin manages a project. I have had the privilege to watch Dustin grow over the years. I first met him when he was the project manager on one of my new home builds about 12 years ago.
