I recently brought in a watch that had a bracelet I needed sized. The bracelet construction was a bit unusual and because of the way the pins & screws were built in, it was a real task to make it smaller (it would require cutting through the bracelet) and I was definitely not comfortable doing it myself. I worked with Jake at Armbruster's, and he was even hesitant to do it at first because we were concerned it may not turn out well and didn't want to ruin the bracelet. He ended up giving it a try, and absolutely nailed it. The bracelet turned out beautiful, sized well for me, and turned what was basically an unwearable piece of metal into a functional bracelet. I am incredibly grateful to Jake, and he did an awesome job. Would definitely recommend bringing in any jewelry if you need modifications or custom work - they will get it done superbly.

I’ve been here for watch repairs, sizings, necklace repairs for my fiancé, and even purchased her engagement ring here last year. Everyone thinks I paid twice as much for it than I really did. John was a pleasure to work with throughout the design process and kept me up to date since we needed to order the band. Honest and always respectful to everyone regardless of their budget. Always a pleasure working with you all. Rest in peace John. Your business and legacy are in good hands. You are missed.

Cream of the crop. My parents first got their wedding bands here over 50 years ago, and so much since! My husband bought my engagement and wedding rings here. After an awful insurance debacle, John went above and beyond! Thank God, I was so afraid of getting a lab grown or blood diamond, something I know Armbrusters would never stoop to. The absolute best quality, clarity and customer care is what Armbrusters is founded on, and it's clear they're fair and it's working! The diamonds are so sparkly and gorgeous, rainbows form on the walls in the sunshine! Can't recommend them enough!

We are enjoying the Hubbard Park Beer Garden and marveling at the quality of the diamond John selected for us as it winks at us in the sunshine. It has been almost 6 months and I don’t think a day has gone by that one of us did not comment on how brilliant and sparkly it is! I highly recommend any potential customers to ask John to show you an ideal cut diamond. We have yet to see anything that compares to Kari’s ring! Nice people and a great value for your dollar! (Don’t tell John, but we would’ve paid a lot more if we knew how much we would enjoy this ring! Shhh... 😉)
