The Olive Sprig is an absolute gem and was the highlight of our trip to Cedarburg. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and full of creative energy.
What really sets this place apart is the service. The lady working was incredibly knowledgeable and provided so much insight into the different olive oils and balsamic vinegars. It’s a very interactive experience; they let you taste the products, which is not only fun but essential for finding exactly what you like.
She didn’t just answer my questions—she gave great, creative recommendations on how to use the oils and vinegars in ways I hadn’t even considered. It’s rare to find that level of genuine passion and helpfulness. If you’re looking for high-quality products and an expert who actually knows their craft, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

She was helpful, knowledge, and kind, I asked her to ship my full purchase out of state and it was impeccably done. Everything fragile stayed in tact; even the pasta (not a crumb). The pasta and sauces are fantastic and organic.,She has an array of organic soups, lentils, olives from Spain in beautiful glass decorative jars, olive oils, balsamic vinegars, utensils galore,tons of gift items...etc...I highly recommend this shop; you will love it!

Absolutely wonderful!!! My sister wanted to stop here for her birthday, so we did. It was my first time. The lady working there was a lot of help, super friendly. Their products are a 10 out of 10!!! I dont think I'll buy oilve oil or vinegar anywhere else again.
