Absolutely amazing customer service and attention to detail. I managed to spill an entire Starbucks iced caramel latte all over my passenger seat (yes… the entire thing). Needless to say, my husband was less than thrilled, especially after three days of us unsuccessfully trying to get the smell out. Out of mild desperation, I emailed Premier late at night basically begging for help, and to my surprise, I had a response early the next morning… on a Sunday! Even better, he made time for me the very next day. In less than 8 hours, my car looked and smelled like nothing had ever happened. He walked me through the process and explained everything he had to do, and it became very clear that this was not something we could have handled on our own at home. What really stood out was his integrity. He honored his original quote, even though it was likely the job required more time and effort than expected. And, when I emailed with a follow-up question, he called within 10 minutes with some troubleshooting suggestions, which were successful! Safe to say, all of our future detailing will be done with Premier. And I will be holding my coffee a little tighter from now on. ☕️
