I had an appointment for lab work, and I got in right away and she was courteous and it took less than 5 minutes. I didn't have to drive to West Bend or Menomonee Falls. So convenient!

Sami the MA was AWESOME with my son! He had a meltdown before immunizations and she was so patient, kind, professional, but most importantly empathetic and understanding towards him. That was a really hard situation for him and Sami made it so much better. 10/10 recommend Dr. Hagen! My 3 kids pediatrician left the practice and we established with her- all the kids had positive things to say after their physicals! I don’t have access to my chart but there was another MA or nurse who did their vitals and check in- she was super great especially with my 4 year old daughter and the vision tests! I will look at paperwork and update this when I find her name because she deserves the credit for the 5 stars too! I’m glad we established here. Thank you everyone- from reception to the minute we walked out- felt good!
