Biggest surprise to find Dennis and Car Maid since moving to Cedarburg. Another repair shop referred me to Car Maid when I had a rusted/broken exhaust pipe next to the converter. At first, I was downcast when owner Dennis said he was booked up for 3 weeks. However, if I showed up early the next day, he might be able to fix it depending on the condition of the pipe. Bottom line: Dennis fixed it in 40 mts for $120. I am now a loyal customer.

My vehicle had an exhaust leak and I saw that it was leaking behind the flex pipe. I called my local dealership and they said they would need to replace the whole exhaust system. The owner of Car Maids was able to replace the flex pipe which saved me well over $1,000 and he completed the repair the same day that I brought it in! When I initially scheduled with him, he was booked out about 3 weeks, but it was worth the wait!

Great customer experience, and fair price. The experience and professionalism are top notch. I was happy to see how they problem solve. I appreciate the high standards that they have. I've had a number of issues addressed on our two vehicles over the past 5 years, the team at Car Maid continues to impress!

Outstanding customer service, fair pricing, and education. The repairs are done right the first time. It is also a great place to learn about your car and cars in general. I know very little about cars except how to start and drive them so I am afraid to ask questions but with Dennis, the only stupid question is the one you don't ask. He is patient and can answer questions in such a way that you don't feel stupid. Wish I could give more stars but all I can say is that I will return again. Car Maid is the best.
