I lost my debit card and the assistance I received could not have been more gracious or helpful. I had not realized the Cedarburg office closed at 4:30 so I got there around 4:15 and they were able to get me a new one on the spot (which I did not know they could do). The service was helpful and low pressure on me. It was a great experience! Thanks to Katherine Nichols for her quick, conscientious, and friendly service.
